NIC tightens EWB Part-B validation for inter-state movement

NIC has tightened validation on the Part-B vehicle update for inter-state e-way bills. Complifly's gateway has been updated; no action is required for customers on the managed mapping.

Logistics roles will see affected EWBs flagged in the in-product feed with the corrected field requirements.
